Default Help to identify a hondata map sensor type

Hi,

I purchased recently a hondata MAP sensor, sold to me as a 3 bar model. However when we plugged it in and set the ecu to 3 bar the car would not idle, implying that the sensor was not 3 bar at all.

Can anyone tell me how to identify which model it is? presumably the resistance across the pins would be different, but i am not sure what the figures should be for each model. There does not appear to be any distinguishing marking on the outside to suggest what it is.

Can anyone help? as i would like to use it!

Thanks!

hondata map sensors are 4 bar. You can easily find out when you datalog and notice the vehicle idling in the wrong columns.
