Default Could this be a ground issue?

Anytime I have moderate wheel hop (for instance when I grab second gear), I get a check engine light. It turns out to be like 5 codes including TPS, Fuel Supply, Map, IAC, and Coolant temp sensor. What could cause this? During no other time will these codes come on. Its a B18A in a 91 CRX. All sensors appear to be pluged in tightly and correctly.

Could be I suppose. Try cleaning or replacing the ground from valve cover to the chassis, and especially the one from tranny to chassis. See if that helps. Should be a 10 minute job, and cheap/free to do. With that old of a car, it certainly wouldn't hurt anything to spend 10 mintues on doing that.

Yeah, check the ground on the thermostat housing, it grounds the ecu and several sensors. Make sure it's clean and tight.
