What does stock block mean? Non-sleeved?

18psi I was running aftermarket pistons and rods though. Block itself was stock. Before that, I was running 10psi.

lsteg to the rescue

[QUOTE=95lstegman]i never said it was too small. like Kendall said, it's plenty potent. i just said that it is approximately the right size for a 1.8L with 7000-8000rpm redline as long as boost is kept in relation to that. keep in mind that 12psi on an integra with good tuning will make the car plenty fast, especially with boost coming in between 3000 and 3500rpm. this would be a great turbo for your car. i'm just saying that for some of us idiots, 12psi might not enough. but 12psi should be pretty much your dream car. if tuned right it can be VERY fast. like over 250whp fast. that's double what you're making now . . .

the T3 with a large trim is a good size for this engine, but that doesn't make it good. it's still an old design, although 75% compressor efficiency is pretty good even for today's standards. but with the K26 being slightly smaller than the T3-60T, i'd say the K26 is the better choice here, depending on exhaust housings and trims. if you want to push your stock engine to 15psi, the T3-60T or even Super-60 might be the better bet, although i'm sure the K26 could hold 15psi as needed, just not with quite the efficiency a large T3 could.

imagine if you'd had a turbo that was designed sometime in the past 20 years! it would have been even better!

word to the wise: don't get a T3/T4 hybrid unless you've got some aftermarket internals. they don't really sing until you get into higher boost levels, like 12-15psi or more, on
