how much booooooost>?
10psi tuned. Just my opinion.
Its not really what your SLEEVES can handle - but what the pistons and rods can handle. Of course the cylinders do have their limits; however, usually a piston or rod gives out first. If you change the pistons and rods and keep the stock sleeves - i say a good 12-14psi.

i ran 12 psi on a stock d16y7 for 1 year on a great tune and then sold the block and as far as i know the block is still runing to this day.
It's all in the tune + setup
lets say ur runing 14 psi on a t25 and a great tune on a stock block, it should be fine, that turbo isn't making alot of power
Lets say ur runing 14 psi with a SC61 on a stock block and a great tune, it's not going to last that long, becuase your making alot more power then that tiny *** t25
it just depends on the setup and how great your tunner is
