i have a 96 civic coupe EX my SRS light in on does anyone know what could be the problem or how could i turn it off. light came on after I installed my exhaust is there anything exhaust related that might have caused it to come on??

i had the same problem. does these things still work

1. horn
2. cruise
3. hazards

anyways here's how to reset it, but it doesnt solve the problem, it just turns the srs light off

in my 95 civic ex, my reel assembly was broken and my SRS light went on. if your steering wheel makes a funny noise when you turn all the way to either side, then thats your problem.

same thing with me.....replaced the reel assembly and the light went off
