probally a seatbelt buckle switch failure. Or OPDS unit if your car has one.
I get those same problems all day long at work.

this isnt an 03 accord were working with here... lol. those damn opds units. Just wait till they go out of warranty, people are going to have a cow. Yes, thats going to be $450 please. thanks, okby.
