motor cranks but wont start..no compression
the car died again..i was running it on the autobahn and then all of a sudden smoke..lots of it was at my back...took the next exit..came around the curve and car stalled...popped the clutch and it came back on but i had to hold the gas in order for it to stay on...then stopped at the light and that was it...pushed it too the side and popped the hood...dayam! engine soaked in oil. pulled the spark plugs wires the next morning and **** was drowning. sucked most of the oil out of the spark plug chamber and pulled the spark plugs. the tips toward the pistons was burnt off...all of 4'em. put my old spark plugs on and car wont start. cranks but wont start...did a compression test and no compression. im thinking i need new pistons w/rings, valves w/seals, and a cometic head gasket..
the pistons installed were b18C:81.5mm -8.8:1/rings on a LS block, head, and crank.
comments?

sounds like time for a motor rebuild. did you try doing a wet compression test? this is where you put oil down the cylinder then test it...if it holds compression then your rings but if still not might be a bent valve, good luck with your motor!
