Compression test 210-215-180-180
The numbers were generally the same with 2 different heads on the motor . . . . The 2 cylinders #3 and #4 with high compression the spark plugs are covered in oil and deposits . . . the other 2 cylinders with around 180 lbs have perfect looking spark plugs . . .
Is it possibly some stuck rings, maybe seafoam could help me or is it just time to pull the motor? the high compression baffles me. . . is the oil really sealing it up better.
I have another motor on my shop floor it has 180 lbs straight across the board.
is around 180 the average stock number . . .

have you done a leakdown? compression rings don't stick, the oil control ones do, which have nothing to do with compression readings.
