For a gsr, anything in the 50's will let it spool quicker: 50trim, .50 compressor AR, etc. Most people get a 57 trim with .60 ar compressor and a .63 ar turbine (stage 3). That would flow around 47lb/min, meaning 450hp for the upper limit.

What *would* be too big for a daily-driver gsr would be a .82 ar stage 5 turbine (can't recall if .82 is usually on a stage3), 60 trim compressor, and a much larger compressor ar. If you're looking for 600+ whp, almost all t3/t04's are too small. BTW, it also matters if it's a t3/t04E or t3/t04B. What are your goals?

If that's the case, you deffinately don't wanna use that turbo. IMHO, too many people toy around with their dd as a way of learning (though it does force them to fix whatever they break with haste). This seems kinda reckless to me. Save up for an eg/ef shell and slowly build it. Just keep your dd stock/mostly stock, especially if your going to b using ssac products. GL.
