best fitment timing belt for ls vtec

is it a gsr timing belt? i got an ls right now and the timing isnt quite perfect cuz i was stretching it.

Are you using the LS water pump (19T) or the VTEC (22T)? LS waterpump = LS belt while VTEC water pump = GSR belt..

Simple: GSR/ITR Waterpump = GSR/ITR Belt
LS Waterpump = LS timing belt

19T is the LS water pump so you would use the LS belt.

If you bought a waterpump from a B16 or a GSR you would use the GSR belt.

Sorry about any confusion.
