Default filter on equal length AC manifold possible ???

is it possible to run a filter on a equal length ac manifold like the full race or neukin one. from when i see it tilts the compressor towards the radiator and from when i can see i cant see a way to fit a filter. how safe is it to use run some kind of mesh grill for everyday driving for a car thats driving everyday.
i would also love to see some pics of AC equal length manifolds on some cars

i had the same problem.....well basically the 2 methods i could think of were:-

1. connect a pipe from the turbo to clear the radiator and end up near where my stock intake was and then put the filter on the end of it.

2. u can also mount the turbo on the other way round so the compressor side is facing in the opposite direction and that would allow u to put a filter directly on to the turbo.

NOTE:- my car is an EG9 civic so clearence/space might b different to your car, you could also search for posts such as engine bays and look at the pictures for some ideas
