DSS Stage 5 Install Question

Default DSS Stage 5 Install Question

I got some fitment questions about these axles.

1. Are the splines supposed to go all the way through the hub? I assumed they have to, but this is as far as I get. I think the lip is hitting the back of the knuckle (the thing that connects the upper and lower control arms + axle). Here are some pics for reference. Any help is appreciated.

In this pic you can see where it went in by the amount of anit sieze on there

not sure what spindle you're using but this came off the dss website about the stage 5:

"the outer c.v. is so large it has to be used with either a 92+ c.v. spindle with abs or a 94+ Integra spindle (wheel bearing I.D. 1.693)"

not sure if that helps at all.

you have a point .. hmm i could have over looked this ... grrrrrrrr I guess I'll call Lee or Frank at DSS, thanks

I was just about to say something. You have the smaller civic spindles.

so I gotta get bigger spindles, **** man, maybe b.c the older stage 5's fit. These are the new stage 5's ...
