hks evc IV problems

i have it set at .7 bar and when ever i get into boost it only reads .44-.46. that is bar correct? now when ever i start to boost it the wastegate makes this strange noise like its not holding. like it keeps opening and closing is that normal? all so is there any way to make it read in psi not in bar

Read both these VERY carefully. It sound like you have it setup wrong. It can be tough setting it up.
