Default Removing Emblems

What is the best way to take off emblems and get all the glue off the car so it looks nice?

use a hairdryer and some fishing line. dental floss works too, but i've found it tears too easily.

heat up the badges and shimmy the fishing line between the badges and car. use some goo gone or just rub your finger on the glue residue to remove it all.

Make sure to wear gloves. Fishing line will cut through your hand before you know it.

def a dryer then be careful and pry it off with soemthing, i found that believe it or not .......get a lil gasoline on a rag and it takes the goo right off and doesnt hurt the paint, dont scrub at it ,just rub gently until it all just fades away, wouldnt wanna hurt the paint

goo gone helps if you have the adhesive remaining after using the hair dryer

it's a bitch. Dental floss breaks really easily like the guy above says. I used a lot to remove both sides. If it's a really hot day then you don't need a hairdryer, but if its not then you do.

The goo gone will take a while. Just keep at it.

If you put on another badge right afterwards, makesure you wash with soap and water really well and dry extensively.

try and hold on to fishing line really tightly while it is being held back or restrained... see what happens to your hands.

and it's spelled "gentle"... but that's besides the point...

I took the vinyl and badges(except the H symbol-it has pegs) on my 01 ex with a vinyl tool, hairdryer and adhesive remover. Just make sure u wash, wax, and buff your car after.
