Default Difficulty nailing a good Et

Could someone please give me some insight to what I might be doing wrong, I cant seem to nail a good ET at the track with my new setup. The setup is listed in my sig along with a link to my dyno. So far the best I can hit is in the 14.6, which is what i could hit with i/e. Granted my tires are nitto 455's and dont hook up that great, but I lower the psi to about 21psi and drop the clutch at about 5.3k and feather the gas. I hit hight 2.2 60 footers and my trap speed is around 97-98 at the end, what am i doing wrong? sorry if this is jumbled it was a long night and i cant see strait.

lower tire pressure to 15, u want to spin as little as possible but still spin enough not to bog, thats it

PRELOAD, by pullin up to light/line, pull up ebrake hold up, put in first slip clutch enough to trip lights, then hold clutch just before moving vehicle but enough that it shifts the car s weight alittle, then right before leavin, slip clutch still holding throttle and drop ebrake and floor it

its a practice game, but basicaaly u want car to slide out of box with out DUMPING clutch since that will cause tire spin

play with this alittle but its quick typing for me, so if u dont understand something holla back

later and good luck

on a street tire i would not go lower then 15, drag radials ive been down to 9 fine, but again, more traction without bogging is what your ideal setup, if they bog on 15 raise it up alittle

How much does your car weigh? Are you considering using drag radials or slicks at the track?

If you're not racing a street tire class and looking for the best E.T. possible I'd pick up a set of MT 22x8x15 slicks. They will cure ALL of your traction issues.
