help!! engine misses at idle and around 2000 rpm

i put new cap rotor wires and spark plugs. drove to work ran fine, went to lunch and started missing real bad like its tripping over itself

check ur connections

all the connections are good, timing good ,the only thing i can think of is fuel filter or fuel pump. what do u think?
