backfiring jumping idle
i got a 1988 integra R.P.M go all over the place backfired so bad it blew a hole through the muffler spark plugs build up carbon real quick idle jumps sporadically car well get up to speed if you shift early otherwise jerks you around in high RPM spark plugs are new and wires and rotor cap +fuel filter fuel PSI is 32psi at idle

Check your ignition timing. There should be a label under your hood. Also check mechanical timing and your vacuum lines.
Look for a vacuum leak around your throttle body/intake manifold.
Also, is your check engine light on?
And the fuel psi should be measured with the vacuum lines disconnected.

sounds to me like you have the spark plug wires in the wrong locations on the distributor cap - the D16A1 is not like other D-series engines - the wires go: #1 at top, #3 closest to radiator, #4 at bottom and #2 closest to firewall
