Check your ignition timing. There should be a label under your hood. Also check mechanical timing and your vacuum lines.
Look for a vacuum leak around your throttle body/intake manifold.

Also, is your check engine light on?
And the fuel psi should be measured with the vacuum lines disconnected.

sounds to me like you have the spark plug wires in the wrong locations on the distributor cap - the D16A1 is not like other D-series engines - the wires go: #1 at top, #3 closest to radiator, #4 at bottom and #2 closest to firewall

Spark plugs are correct backfire drill heavy drove it home felt like it was driving really good for a second now it won't start at all

Vacuum lines are good so I unplug all vacuum lines to test fuel pressure
