i dont know what the fastest is, but im sure i have one of the fastest " street trim" cars. went 11.1@125 and 7.1@106 in the 1/8. that was at 2410lbs with me in it and threw a full exhaust.

85mm 11.6:1 comp ratio
Wiseco/Eagle combo
Endyn block girdle
ARP main/head Studs
Head: B18B1 PR4-1
Endyn p-n-p
full crower valve train
either 402-T's or 404's or custom grind cams
upgraded axles
225lph pump
AEM Fuel rail
310cc injectors
NX direct port system and NX maximizer II progressive nitrous controller gonna try 100shot then move my way to 200, and it's goin into my 98 civic 4-door or a DA or Hatch if I can find one for a good price
HOPIN for low 13's or high 12's

that was on a 180 shot. ended up having a 300 shot on it, but never got to the track with it.. made 228 all motor and 483 on spray spinning the tires badly on the dyno
