if its a 3/8" bolt head it should be 28ft/lbs

if its a 7/17" bolt head it should be 43ft/lbs

Let me help you out so you don't ended up doing the same stupid mistake I did.
I belived all eagle rods are the same for the 1.6 SOHC.
Acording to what it says on my spec sheet.
Check to see if you rods came with the upgraded bolt that it is 7/16, 12 point head bolt. If yours did then the torque is 43lbs. NOT 75LBS like I did.

You see the spec sheet is so confusing because it ask you you what size of bolt yours have, mines were the 7/16. and in the bolt itself says ARP 2000 and then it says 75lbs. This bolt was and upgrade to the 3/8 bolt thats torque to 43lbs.
