Default Rod Bolt stretch ARP 2000 bolt question

Question for you engine builders

Eagle rod recommends 43ft lbs on there 3/8 arp 2000 fastener witch is giving me .0025 of stretch they recommend .0055.

I went to 54lbs and I'm only at .0035. I'm using the arp ultra torque lube also.

Just curious as I am 10lbs over the torque spec a lot of pages say to just worry about stretch !

Any in put guys ??

Thanks
