One of my frined bought a B16B Civic Type R turbo setup

This setup came with a PCT OBD-2A stock ECU

and a PIggyback

We don't have the harness to plug the piggyback

so I need your help

That is one of the ancient and worthless fuel-only controllers. I wouldn't even call it a band-aid because it is more like gauze. Tell your friend to get something that can be programmed with ease and has the ability to tune the ignition too.

 

does it works on stock injectors?

 

Yes, it will work on stock injectors but an AFC would be a better choice. Or you can go full tune (ig & fuel) and get get freeware (Uberdata and related software) or buy one of the ECU setups that utilizes the stock case and board (crome, Hondata, Neptune and the others).
