Default 3000 RPM idle 5-sp swap searched!

Converted pin B6 to pin B23 and wired yel/blk to yel/blk and blk/blu to blk/blu. I did not remove the orange wire B15 from the harness. but i still have a 3000 RPM idle ??? do i just need to remove the orange wire or is this a bad iacv???

It sometimes surges from 2500 to 1000 like it was just disconnected from the plug.

I also wired the Park and neutral wires to the clutch interlock switch and i have to push the clutch in to start it but i still can't get the key out without disconnecting the battery. ??? i read that i may have to connect wires 10 and 11 on the auto gear selector harness aswell??? any ideas

alright removing the orange wire B16 from the plug did not do anything, just incase i had put he wires in the wrong place onm the plug i switched the wires in the plug and that did nothing as well. I haven't gotten any ecu codes yet and i have driven probably 20 or 30 mile since getting started earlier today. Is it possible htat i jsut have a bad IACV ???

i have searched and haven't seen anything like this. I have done everyhting that i have read over and over again to do with this swap.

any help here guys. please thanks

well guys i am through for the night will check in the morning or tomarrow sometime maybe somebody will beable to tell me what the problem is?

Unplug the IACV while the car is idling, if the problem goes away then you have a bad IACV.

Put a new IACV on and it still persists. I put a Integra GSR throttle body could have been off an LS i don't know for sure? could air be coming in through somewhere on the valve allowing it to idle too high ??
