Default Removing wires from ecu

Hey there, I'm in the process of my swap, and I'm having a hard time pulling out individual wires from the plugs into the ECU. How do these things come out? Thanks.

first pull the grey thing off next to the wires on top of the plug. then stick a small screwdriver in the the hole directly above the pin on the bottom of the plug. next push the pin and wire down from the top of the plug and push the screwdriver in and down and pull on the wire it should slid right out
if this is to hard to understand try hasports website.......
