Default Wiring mess (kinda long)

I've run into a few problems with my wiring.

First: I had the two plugs that go into C1 and C2 in the wrong spot, so I depinned the wrong ones.

Second: I found out that I depinned the wrong injector plugs, but my injectors are working fine (I had leaky fuel injectors 3-4).

Third: I've also run into the problem of not getting a spark. Maybe there is a ground somewhere that I'm missing because I installed the harness with the motor in the bay. So I'm wondering if there is a ground for the spark plugs to work, or its all in the ecu rewiring.

Fourth: Before I switched the wiring around I only had one code. Six flashes (water temp something) But after I tried to switch my wiring around I got a long flash and then six short ones.

I'm so lost right now and I'm in a real bind. I'm about to pay someone $75 to do the wiring for me.

I guess I need to go back to the beginning and get my wiring set up the way it was orginally from the factory. Does anyone have a picture, also can I look at a teggy of the same years wiring and the color codes for the wires will match up.

TIA

It's an 89 crx dx. A 92 ls motor not converted to obd-0. The wiring harness was done by rywire. I'm not sure what a pcm is

Give us a call man, all the wires are there, its just tricky gettin them all back where they need to be now. Do you have a volt meter, and do you know how to use it? That really helps to find the correct wires.

Yeah I called peter up the other night, he got my biggest problem sorted out. Now I'm about to get my wiring back to the way it came originally and then trying to do it over the right way.
