LS VTEC TURBO finally in! Wiring Help! Please

Hi...
So i finally got the motor built to the teeth.........
Well i finally got the motor mounted... coolant lines connected, vacum lines connected, and now its wiring...

The car is a 2000 si using a stock harness...
i know there are LOTS of plugs that are not needed.....

Is there any way to wire it up wrong in which it can cause damage? Im being told none of the plugs are identical except for the TPS and MAP......

Is it possible to make a mistake wiring it/

I already know lots of plugs will not be used.

why didnt you do the wiring before u put the motor in the car? Would have been alot easier...
as for which plugs arent needed it depends on what obd your runnng etc.
