ECU ?
Would a non chipped p28 cause a b16 to pulse in between 1000 and 2000 rpms like If I were to try and launch I Push the throttle a little and it will pulse. Im pretty sure this is why but im just wondering if there is another alternitive of fixing the problem. Thanks for any info

I agree. The P28 will run it but it isn't ideal unless its chipped. You want a P30.

Yea I did'nt have another Ecu for the b16 so i just ran the stock p28 i was told it would run fine untill i could get more money now im just trying to figgure out if I should keep this ECU or try and find a p30 for a deal! Yea it will go up in down like when i take off in first I will try holding the rpms at a steady 2000 but it will just pulse at 1600 or 1800 rpms and when i shift it dos'nt engage smoothly and when i push the gas when im any gear for example 4th gear i will be driving and whenever i push the gas it jerks bad like it gets to much gas or it feels like the throttle is sticking but its not!
Try checking the tps sensor. Does it at idle choppy. (like you have race cams). When ever you let go or press the gas does it either surge you back or feel like you hit the brakes. Unplug the Tps and if it goes away its tps.(dont run to much without the tps its just to check.)
