ok we just pulled the D16 out of my 92 hatch to replace the tranny and clutch. so i was wondering if anyone has any tips for me to kinda make this thing go back together without a hitch.

Are you basically asking for a complete walkthrough on how to change a clutch?

 

while you're at it.. throw in a k motor in there.

 

no see we dont have a hoist or anything to get the tranny out the bottem so we just pulled everything seeing as how i gotta add some piston rings and gaskets so i figured y not to it all now. and i know how to replace a clutch so thats not the problem. i just need a lil advice to help with putting the damn thing back in

 

Probably the same way you pulled it, just reverse. No, if you have a hoist, it'd make things easier. Have a buddy or two around to help you angle it right so that you can clear everything. Just take your time, its not too difficult.

Haha, yeah. Don't worry, she was only doing a situp. The animation is what makes it look like she was slamming her head into the faucet.
