Default gsr head on b16 block?

one of my frineds wants to put a gsr head on a b16 block. he is claiming this will make a high compression b16?! just wondering some of the specs? what headgasket to use and what head bolts gsr or b16? any help from anyone

you gain roughly .5 points in compression, you can use the gsr or b16a headgasket and you use the b16a head bolts, alot of work for minor gains

lol thats a waste of time. bigger liter head on lower liter block = less compression
