Just in the process in building my crvtec n/a and the thought jumped in my head that up grading the oil pump might not only be a good idea but a safe idea. But which pump to go with. Is stock fine or is a dohc vtec brother better, why?

 

If its a CRV block you already have the CRV/GSR/TypeR pump. Same part. More flow than LS.
