Just in the process in building my crvtec n/a and the thought jumped in my head that up grading the oil pump might not only be a good idea but a safe idea. But which pump to go with. Is stock fine or is a dohc vtec brother better, why?

 

The CRV oil pump is the same as the b16...so you really don't need to change unless you really really want an itr pump.
