Oil Pump Q&A
It's time for me to replace my oil pump and I've found a great deal on an ACL Orbit oil pump. From what I understand the pump this guy is selling is "non vtec". I am currently running an LS block with GSR head. Because I can't find much information to figure this out on my own, I'm asking you guys. Will this pump flow enough for my engine? Are there any issues that I should be aware of? Like I said its a great deal, new in the package, that I really want to get before it's gone. Thanks in advance for any help.

Oil Pump Q&A
OEM obd2 b series oil pump is your best bet. if you don't have the lower timing cover, that can be purchased new for 40-50 bucks.
obd2 pumps are all "high pressure" oil pumps needed for vtec engines
don't use an ls pump for a vtec engine, and don't use an aftermarket oil pump. always go with OEM.
all this info is EASY to find if you just look up lsvtec oil pump, etc
