What would you guys convert lets say 100 track miles to in "normal street" miles in terms of motor oil, tranny oil etc. I change my oil at least every 3000 miles, but just curious how much sooner I need to change with track miles on my car. I know this is a silly question but...

100 track miles = 1000 street miles.
An estimate, but as far as tire wear if you are on street tires, and oil, that would be my guess.
Oil changes are one of those things that the Chicken Little sector likes to over emphasize. Every 3k is spending money you shouldn't have to. If you autocross or track the car often, though, keep to the 3k regimen.

If you use conventional oil it needs to be changed if its overheated. At 300 degrees F wax starts falling out of suspension in the oil and deteriorates its lubrication capability. Synthetic oil does not have this problem.
At at track like Carolina Motorsports Park, some have used a complete set of front pads. It depends on your style and the track.
On a heavy car like my Camaro I got a season and 1/2 out of my Hoosiers. I just use them to keep the wear off my street tires. I'm not that concerned if they loose some of their traction. I'm not running against the clock.
Some cars are really bad on front wheel bearings. They need to be checked and regreased periodically.
I can't think of any other items that get overly abused at the track. Road bracing is much easier on the transmission and the rear end than drag racing.

oil flush and filter change (with tranny flush) after EVERY track event no matter what the mileage is.
spend a little now... and make it last

Yes. What Will said. Most track weekends I've done on a single oil change has been two, and I only let that happen I think twice. 127K miles later the marks from where the cams were machined are still visible.

Depends on what oil you run. Like Grumpy said, "normal" oil will not stand up to the heat of a track event. When my car was still my driver and serviced by the dealer with Vavoline 10W30, I would change the oil after each track weekend. It was usually sludge after anyway.
With RedLine it is not a big issue. I leave the oil in for a couple of weekend and just change the filter.
Oil is kinda important for your motor, don't take chances on track. If you use "street" oil, make sure it is fresh and you have plenty of it. I run about 1/3-1/2 quart over in the morning. It is almost always gone by the days end.

I have used Mobil 1 syn since the very first oil change. I usually run 10w30 just to be safe, 5w30 always on the street. I usally follow the 100=1000 mile rule as a bare MINIMUM. I often change after every weekend but just making sure.
You guys really change tranny fluid with this too?? I have 21k miles with 4 HPDE's and have only changed tranny fluid once. I need to giddy up?
