i have a 97 integra w/a drag kit. well recently it is leaking boost it will rise to the desired boost level but then @ about 5000 rpm it starts going downmore and more. i have replaced all regular hose clamps with t-bolt clamps and replaced all rubber couplers with silicone couplers and it still does the same thing. i have checked every vacuum line for security and all is good. i have also tightened my bov. is it maybe my turbo going out or maybe even boost controller. thanks all.

 

check boost controller and the wastegate.

 

Check the wastegate diaphram. I had the same thing a little while ago...and I had burnt a small hole through it. Worth the 10 minutes to check it out.
