Default msd sci installation internal coil couple questions

Ok i have the msd sport compact ignition in the car and Im using a distributor king distributor. I'm having a few problems with it.

I have it installed as followed

orange - positive on coil
black - negative on coil
red - black/yellow on icm. It goes from the icm also to the coil (at least that how it is from factory)
white - not sure where its suppose to go. I tried it to the yellow/green that goes to the coil also. And I have tried it to the solid blue wire which i think is for the tach. Neither worked.

Car won't start with the white wire hooked to either of these
If I unplug everything the car starts and runs fine so I didnt blow anything up.

Thanks in advance.

Since it works when you take out the MSD, your wiring job might be the problem. Did you check MSD's website for the instruction manual?

MSD Digital SCI Instruction Manual

It shows a diagram specific to Honda distributors - it makes no mention of a Yel/Grn or solid Blu wire, so that's probably where you went wrong.

yeah but this is a distriubotr king dizzy so the wiring is different colors. I looked on c speeds site and can't see **** in the pictures because they are black and white. Anyone want to get a shot of a stock honda b series dizzy and let me go from there would be great. If not I'm going to to pull the dizzy of my brothers car this week and see if I can match it up that way when i see him.
