Default b18a1 and uberdata Q's

i have a b18a1 non-obd that i'm getting ready to put in my rex what excactly i need to switch to obd-1 besides a jumper harness.the reason i was gonna switch is because a friend already has the uberdata program and can burn me a chip,so what do i need?do i need to change ecu, dizzy, head? i know i can stay non-obd and run turboedit but i'd have to buy all that ****.sorry forget to mention i was turbo charging it also.TIA

Stay OBD0 and run TE. I have the B18A with TE and have my AF trimmed at cruising speeds. With my current tune, I get 43 MPG on the interstate at 75 MPH.

You dont have to buy anything..If you're friend already has a chip burner..Then all you need is the turboedit program..Which is free..And maybe a wideband to do an accurate tune..

But to convert to obd1 get a preobd-obd1 conversion harness,obd1 ecu,and obd1 pr4 ecu..
