Default obd0 - obd1

I have a 91 integra thats in the process of becoming turbo, and im still debating whether or not to switch the car to obd1 so i can run uberdata. My question is, for someone who has never tuned before, is it possible to street tune the car with uberdata and a wideband?/ how user friendly is it? also would i need anything else besides a obd1 ecu, distributer, and conversion harness?
-btw the whole reason i want to do the conversion is so i can run over 1 bar. and i guess its quite a bit easier to do with uberdata than any obd0 programs.
-thanks for any help

Turboedit can be tuned to run with 1bar. it would save you the hassle of converting over.
