Stuttering civic.
My car doesnt idle smoothly or drive smoothly at all. At idle the car will stutter like its about to die and then come back to a stable rpm. The car throughout 1-2-3 will do the same thing as Im driving. It felt like a fuel problem so I checked my fuel lines. Everythings good there.
Id say its the transmission.. which Ill admit to pushing but I dont really know what it is. Anyone know what else it could be?

Could be a ignition system problem. Check the voltages from distributor to the spark plug wires to see if it's within factory specs. If it's not back track the parts and check & test each and every parts starting from spark plug, spark plug wires, cap & rotor, ICM aka ignitor, etc....

If its just one or two stutters then check your distributor timing, if it feels like you hit your rev limiter and it does it like 5-10 times change your fuel filter. Had the both the probs and each fixed it. Good luck
