rpms too high in h22??......

i have a jdm h22a obd1. in third gear doing 80 my rpms shoot to 6500(running a p28 with a jdmshit chip). with a jdm p13(virgin), third gear doing 80 my rpms shoot to 6700 and fuel cut off is at 6900!! and i know that the p13 is in good working condition cuz my hommie uses it on his jdm h22a....can someone help!!??

It's impossible for your car to run at a different RPM with the same tranny, no matter what ECU you use!
Also, don't listen to dreams190. He's not very smart when t comes to modding/driving cars.

your fuel will be cutting out early because you are in limp mode, not you...your car. Is there a CEL, have you checked for codes? It could be as simple as fooked vacuum lines causing your computer to dump in too much fuel. Good luck

Are you using the factory tach. If so that might be your problem. In my car, according to the tach., Vtec kicks in at 3500 and at 80 in fifth is like 2500.

sorry guys i meant to say that it was cutting me off in at 6900. i know that fuel cut off is around 7800 or so. yea im throwing a code 14(iacv). can anyone in cali that knows about luders take a look at my car. it's running fucked up.
