h22a rpms too high??
i have a jdm h22a obd1. in third gear doing 80 my rpms shoot to 6500(running a p28 with a jdmshit chip). with a jdm p13(virgin), third gear doing 80 my rpms shoot to 6700 and it was bogging. fuel cut off is at 7800!! and i know that the p13 is in good working condition cuz my hommie uses it on his jdm h22a....can someone help!!??

but they checke my timing already and they said it was good. the way this guy checked it was that he had a gadget that looked like a radar gun sort of. he hooked it up to my battery and a spark plug wire. then he pointed it at my flywheel while the car was on. and that's how he determined that my timing was good. i dont know what numbers that gun was reading(i forgot) but he said that my numbers looked good. so i dont know.
