ok well im pretty good at tearing things apart. what my question is what could be the problem if my tranny hesitates to go into gear. from 1 through reverse it happens in all gears. i would step on the clutch and nudge on the shifter but it wont budge unless i put a little bit of force on it. speed-shifting is not a possibility with this transmission because of the hesitation/lag/delay and its not the clutch, the transmission fluid, nor is it the master or slave cylinder running low or failing.


the 2-3 synchro is already bad so im looking into replacing that as well as all the cheap seals and stuff. any other recommendations when i rebuild this tranny would be greatly appreciated.
