I got a set of foglight and i tested it by using the car battery and it doesnt light up.

and I heard dat battery power doesnt work with the foglight, but some how u need to do some different wiring to different power source in the car beside the battery.
Any one have an opinion to share because I would like to know how to wire the foglight to make it work.

 

its cause you didnt wire it to the switch to turn it on.

no really. I think that it goes into the fuse box underneath the dash and that
coverts it to like 12v or some **** like that...GL

 

you need to wire the fogs to a switch. then you can wire the power to the battery, using an inline fuse, also wire a ground. that's all i did. even have a nice little switch that is black and has a little light...about as factory as i could get.

normally you'll have to wire the main power, switch power, and relay power to the batterie and there should be 2 or 3 ground, and you have to connect the switch to work the fog light.
