Default Is all B-series axles the same? and do they fit all b-series motor:?

help me out. i sold a set of axles to someone which came off my b16 crx. That person said that they can't put it in cuz it doesn't fit. so i m just trying to find out if my axles are good or not. BTW, i think he was putting it into a GSR or LS motor. thanks

I know all hydraulic transmission b-series axles are the same, JDM or USDM. B16, B16B, B18, B18C, etc. I assume cable transmissions might be different since most sites dont classify cable/hydro as the same.

Sounds to me like the guy who bought them from you should have asked a few questions before he bought them. Most people know what they are buying before making a purchase like that.

passenger side axle is the same regardless if cable or hydro, the driver side is different only if it has the male axle instead of gsr female axle, abs axles will fit non abs cars just not the other way around

This is his responsibility now. He knew what he was buying(b16a axles). Its not your fault that he doesnt "know" what he is buying. ya know?

it's his responsibility, but i know some people who would take them back, depending on how much trouble it is.

you probably had 90-93 ls axles? i know that sir axles are different than ls axles, so that's more proof that b series are not all the same.

he could have made a stupid mistake, too. for example, he could have not realized you have to pull the dust rings off the back, or he could be running std/hf hubs. tell him that no b series axles will work unless you do that. also, ask him if he's running cable clutch or hydro clutch, if its cable clutch he shouldn't be having any problems, other than what was mentioned, or a really shitty set of motor mounts.
