Civic Ek 96 With F20b engine, Ecu problem

Hi I Have an F20b Engine year 2000 with the OBD2 PCB Ecu, I bough a conversion OBD2 to OBD1 harness with a reprogrammed P28 Ecu. But I get a Check Engine code #14 (idle air control valve ) and my rpm is jumping on idle from 1000 to 2500, Anyone know how to fix this??? Thanks

Either the IACV is dirty or you didn't rewire the IACV for obd1

You might have a vacum leak. Just my .02

yea my car did the same but i found out it ws jus a vacuum leak !
