The setup is a greddy kit on a d16y7 @10psi running a p06 OBDI ecu chipped with hondata s100b. When I start the car for the first time of the day, it will idle at like 1k rpm's but then once it gets warm the idle will bounce around from 1400-1500rpms and its annoying as hell. The check engine light is on, but I tried to jump it and it wouldn't flash the code to the dash and I also hooked up a PGM tester that the dealerships use and it couldn't produce anything either. I thought it was the IAC valve because I could unplug it and the idle wouldn't change at all. I swapped that out for another IAC valve and the problem continues. I then thought it could have been the conversion harness that I used to go from OBDII-OBDI so I swapped that out for another one and still the same problem. Any ideas are greatly apprciated.

Could be a vacuum leak somewhere, and I think that you will have to use obd2 ecu to pull codes on an obd2.
