Default have a little seat problem

so i took out the front passenger seat today to do some interior cleaning. when its time to put the seat back in, i bolt everything back and it lines up, but when a rear passenger presses that little button so that the seat will move up so they can get out. the top half of the seat folds forward but the whole seat does not move forward . someone tell me whats wrong? and please for give my english, it sucks

there is a little device inside that handle area of the seat that makes the seat go forward. maybe if came loose of fell of track. its hard to explain, i think it looks like a roll of tape or something. i did this a very long time ago, and i forgot how the stuff looks, but its very simple. just take the seat off again and play with it, observe how the little mechanism works, you should be able to figure it out.

There's a cable under the seat that might have come off. Reconnect that cable onto the mechanism. That is why your seat doesnt move foward.

like it moves forward when pulling on the handle undernethe the seat its just when using that little oval side lever that it doesnt wanna slide forward.

its basicly like aircraft wire, You should be able to get something similer at a hobby store with new crimp connectors, I had to get some when I made my remote trunk solinoide. Works great
