Default 2000 Civic Idle Problem NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

I have a 2000 civic ex that iv been struggling with forever to get it to idle. Not long ago, i blew my stock motor up and the drag strip and then put in a 99 civic ex D16Y8 motor to replace the 2000 D16Y8. My old motor idled fine, only different things I did now is stage 1 clutch, lightweight flywheel, Headers, O2 sim, and Aem V2 intake. I replaced the IACV 2 times now. First with the one from my orginal motor and now a brand new one and still shitty idle. When coming to a stop the rpms will drop down to like 100-200 rpms, barly running. I need help!!!

Why do you have an 02 sim installed? Are you getting any CELs? If so, post the codes so someone could possibly help you out more.

I have a high flow cat so i had to hook up the second o2 sensor so i didnt kick on the check engine light. before i installed I klept getting the IAC code, 02 sensor below threshold, and an EVAP leak code. Now I did the 02 sim and the brand new IAC tonight and cleared the codes out. So for after driving for about 2 hours and shutting the car of a couple times, the light hasnt came back on.

It doesn't exist on a Y8.

The FITV is NOT present on all Civics and Integras.
