Have a ? about my Guage Cluster...Please Help.

Have a ? about my Gauge Cluster...Please Help.
Qucik ?, alright I just picked up a 95 hatch and the title say 126K on it and the tach says 108K b/c the guy changed it out b/c he wanted the ek one with the Tach. And im going to get the car changed over to my name and all , and the guy before me didnt have emissions and my town does......And i know im going to get robbed with the Emissions Paper right away, So should i try and found a cluster with over 126K on it or leave the one i have and just say that theres a little over 126 on the title?.........Let me know what u guy think thanks James

Just tell them it has 126k on it when getting the title and insurance. People swap out clusters all the time...it's all about what the title says.
