Default Civic gas/elec hybrid oil change

OK I got the 0W20 oil but I feel like a retard under this car. This backward motor crap. I can't find the oil pan or oil drain bolt. Do I have to remove the plastic shield under the motor? That sucks.

Yes and yes it does. But it supposedly helps fuel economy. Make sure to put some oil in the new filter before installing it, or the CEL could come on.
