I heard that turbonetics came out with a complete kit for the sohc d16. So I have figured out what i finally want to do with my car. Im gonna buy a d16 and than get that kit. If i swap in this motor into my del sol will everything hook up to the original d15 harness and verything? will there be need for extensive surgey? And if anyone is familiar with PA laws, if i get a 96-00 motor will i pass inspection. Thanks guys any info is appreciated

 

if you get the d16 vtec ..then you'll be missing the vtec solenoid and vtec pressure plugs from the engine wireharness.and it should pass inspection in PA ....cuz i got mines to pass here in cali and we're strictest out of all the states..

 

so if i get the vtec motor even though my harness isnt vtec itll run and be straight to boost on?

 

Why not just use the kit on the d15 and use the extra money spent on a d16 for something else to add horsepower...
