How to build a cheap turbo oil feed and return kit.
I just order my parts for my oil feed line and return line kit for a T3/T4.Thought Id save people the hassle I went through to find cheap sources.
3an 36inches(3feet) ss braided teflon brake line. $19.99
http://www.pegasusautoracing.c...uct=3
Tunertoys 1/8 bsp to two 1/8 npt ports. One for turbo feed(top) other for oil pressure gauge. $19.70 or $17.70 for the single port.http://shop.vendio.com/funinfeenix/i...659/index.html
1/8 npt male to 1/8 npt male screw onto the top of the tunertoy port top then connect feedline to it.You can pick these up at hardware store for less than a dollar.Lowes ,home depot.Whole kit costing less than $45
Flamenco-T sells a kit for $45 shipped but it only comes with one oil port not two so thats why I opted to piece my own.
Now for return line. Jegs.com has the fittings for a pretty good price.
555-100130 1/2 npt to 10an 45 degree $12.99
555-100003 10an straight swivel $7.49
555-100013 10an 45 degree swivel $15.99
$36.47 for the fittings
10an or 9/16 1 foot ss braided line $8.48 http://www.bakerprecision.com/earls1.htm
$44.99 for the return line parts.

On the feedline you're going to need two fittings to connect to the hose ends. (-3 to 1/8npt (block fitting to feed)) and (-3 to (feed to your turbo threads) 1/8 for T3, T3/T4, and 7/16 for T25 and 14B.
Good job on the DIY.

Well i left it out because my turbo has the function 7 3 an male fitting for the feedline and the function 7 female 1/2 npt port for the return line.
add 10 bucks for the flanges they sell the generic ones on ebay still cheap.I bought my function 7 flanges a year 1/2 ago or else I would have went the cheap route.
its great you did it yourself
. but you spend about the same as a kit and you have to deal with a bunch a places. I'd rather just deal with one place for a kit.

I mentioned you spend about the same.If the kits came with the tunertoys feed for the back of the block id get one.Tuner toy kit is $75 but comes with the ghey push on oil return. The flamenco-t kit is great but only comes with 1 oil feedport.really depends on what your looking for.I wanted a port for oil feed and oil pressure gauge in one along with AN style return line not barbed push on.Cant get the best of both worlds so thats why I peieced it.
http://www.atpturbo.com builds custom length lines and had every fitting. You can get a discount through some of there dealers.
